Villa Kamal is ideally located in the charming southeast of Cape Coral, on a saltwater canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and gas stations are all just a short drive away.
With 2,326 square feet of living space, Villa Kamal offers first-class comfort and elegance. The villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, tastefully and exclusively furnished with great attention to detail.
The open floor plan creates a seamless flow throughout the villa. The large, bright living and dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen, separated only by a wide countertop. Additionally, Villa Kamal includes a small office for your convenience.
Expansive sliding glass doors flood the interior with natural light and offer stunning views of the south-facing, vanishing-edge saltwater pool. The terrace invites you to relax with a lounge area, sun loungers, a large umbrella, and additional comfortable seating around the pool. A gas barbecue grill is also available for outdoor dining.
At the back of the villa, you’ll find a private boat dock, perfect for docking a rented boat. Start your daily adventures on the water right from your villa.

PermalinkLuxury houses in lacation. Annett and Peter are amazing! They offer a service of a very high quality. It has been a real pleasure to rent a house with them on coral cape. Probably one of our most enjoyable stay in Florida. I highly recommend their service.
Villa Kamal is beautiful, lots of space in a very quiet area. She is fully equipped, she lacked absolutely nothing. The bedding is of very good quality. The city is very well located, a great quality market is 2 minutes by car. A real pleasure to stay in this villa.
